Well done Telkom Mobile - Quick and as promised

I've had a data plan with Telkom Mobile now for about 2 years. Usually mobile contracts need to be reviewed after 2 years so I thought when my time allows I would investigate upgrading the telkom mobile data line (really good speed and almost no down time in my area - Moreleta Park). Anyway , I receive a call from a Telkom Agent , apologies, I don't remember the gentleman's name. I don't pay much attention, thinking it's a ****. However the rep is clued up and knows most of my details without me giving them. He then offers me more data for less monthly payment. I accept the offer and the whole telephonic conversation takes less then 5 minutes. I checked my Telkom account today and true as bob the new data amounts reflect, and as an added bonus the rep said that data carries over now from month to month which it looks like it's doing. Well done Telkom Mobile. Good service. Now to just wait for the monthly bill to see if the amount deducted corresponds to the Telkom rep's promise. I will update here.
