Well done telkom for keeping mobile clients happy

Telkom, I usually have a problem with your billing side. However, whenever I have to take a new contract or upgrade, you guys are always awesome to me. As I have a little bit of an unresolved issue which is nothing but a menace to my name, you never fail to amaze me with your investigation when you have to see the quality of a client. As I have been a telkom client for a few years now on the mobile side, I don't usually have a problem with the network or service. You obviously have issues with the billing part but well done in trying to keep your existing clients happy. I urgently required a ln additional contract to surprise my hubby and you guys came through. Thank you telkom. A huge thank you to Zain and the telkom team from the pavilion branch.
