Another level Of poor service - In Jan 2018 app**** for a landline - Feb 2018 - waiting for stock to arrive- March - I am on the waiting list - July I just called Just to confirm what happened - They have no record of my order (Call centre agent - we cant escalted this cause we have no records of your order - Please go back to the shop where you placed the order)
