Well done Telkom!

I have had to visit the Telkom shops in Claremont several times since lockdown and I really appreciate the meticulous and consistent compliance with Covid protocols. Temperatures were taken, numbers limited in the shop and the surfaces and card machines carefully cleaned between each interaction. Sometimes this resulted in a wait outside the shops but as an 'at-risk' person I really was quite content to wait. Once in store, the transactions were professional, swift and friendly. Secondly, I reported a fault on my landline late on Saturday afternoon, and early on Monday morning the fault was repaired. Again, quick and professional. Thank you Reza and assistant, and all in the Telkom shops.
