Well done Telkom

I had such an excellent experience at Telkom N1 City. I was at first a little worried as it seemed so busy with little staff. But they had chairs to sit on while waiting! I was then served by Gerry McBurgh who was so positive despite seeing the amount of people waiting. He was smiling and friendly and was happy to hold a small conversation while their systems were slow. I was extremely happy and just wanted to mention his name!
