Well done Nkululeko from Telkom

I would like to commend Nkululeko from Telkom's Berea centre store. He was the only person from Telkom who assisted me when I was having problems with my wifi. Nobody I spoke to at the call centre or Berea centre store were helpful besides Nkululeko. Even the manager of the Berea store was unhelpful, she said she would phone me back as she was in an audit when I was in the store but never did. I spoke with 2 people in the Berea centre store, none of whom could assist me. I phoned the call centre on a few occasions and neither person I spoke to was helpful. Nkululeko phoned me without me asking him; he reset my router which resolved my problems I was having with my wifi. Keep up your delightful and helpful manner Nkululeko
