Well done Leratoz Mokeona

I would like to compliment Leratoz Mokeona from the Telkom branch in Main and Sauer street Johannesburg.

On my visit there, there queues to get in were so long outside I’m such a way that people kept leaving because of their lunches, I spent one hour of the outside queue and 40mins inside, in that 40mins I slept inside I noticed Leratoz Mokeona was pushing the queue he helped more than 5 people while others were still with 1 customer and the rest were walking around pretending to be busy. He did like 4 sim swaps so quick, which I was there to do, funny thing is, he was not even the one helping me, the person helping me took longer than usual for a sim swap.

It is only at 15:50 when the branch was about to close and so many people had given up and left the queue that you saw more staff coming to help knowing very well it’s time to close, the queue was not even caused by social distancing. It’s the staff dragging enquiry’s.
