Hi, I have had such fantastic service from Telkom and I need to mention the technicians name who went above and beyond the call of duty for a customer! He was an angel! Kind, considerate , professional and so helpful. His name is Themba Khumalo (his colleagues know him as TV) from Telkom in Pietermaritzburg. I had a problem with my WiFi and Themba did not stop working on the problem until it was all set up and working like a charm. He worked on a Saturday and literally started with my problem at about 10 am and by 4pm, he had finished. He was simply amazing! In terms of service, he blew it out the ball park! Congratulations Telkom on such a fantastic technician. He is truly a HUGE asset to your company. He makes it an absolute pleasure to deal with Telkom. Thank you Themba!
