16 Jul 2020, 09:57After receiving superb service from Mohau, Telkom ****es me off again. They debited my account, on the 16th, and my debit instruction clearly says 1st of every month. Now I was polite and cool up until now. They are now going to add a dishonored fee, the first time I hear of it, to my account. Now I want to say, all those dishonor fees, you collected, for collecting on the incorrect date, reverse it. I am tired of the **** service I receive and yet every month the same **** happens. if no response in one day, 12 hours, I will go to the Ombudsman and take this further
