Welcome to Telkom

This morning after being disconnected for no reason from there network I phoned 10210. My first call from my cell phone since my services was cancelled was 32min before they cut me off. Second call was 45 minutes and again they dropped the line. 3de time lucky took them one hour and 4 minutes to answer my call. The not so clever call centre person answered and while still busy with the security check decided he will put me on hold. 10 minutes later I dropped the call. ***. Even Telkom must be a same of such service.
