Welcome to Hellkom

<p>We have been without a Telkom (and ADSL to boot) line for TWO weeks now. I have been in contact with Telkom constantly, almost every second day, since reporting the fault. We keep getting the same feedback: a technician is working on the problem and said technician will contact us. Nobody ever contacts us, though. And they have BOTH my husband and my numbers!! Then on Sunday, a tech just arrived at our house, to see if the issue is inside the premises. Luckily myhusband was there to let him in! But still no resolve!! I just had to escalate the matter again on Wednesday - the second time since reporting it. So now I am paying line rental AND Mweb's fee for data that we are NOT using, due to the fact that we have no Telkom line!!! I'm fed up now.</p>
