Not a business I would like to share, to cancel a LTE account is crazy, the lines you have to follow is nuts, you are allowed to do anything in store EXCEPT cancel, you get a number which you have to call, follow the prompts and then you are promptly put on hold for more than 30minutes, I want to cancel my contract and I want it done NOW!!! The only other thing I can think of is to block the payment for this month and hope that somebody calls me to find out the reasoning why. The service in store is fantastic - IF - you want to open a contract there. But you are met with dead eyes and a don't care attitude when you want to cancel.

25 Mar 2025, 15:17I want to update on the above message, *****gwa at the Telkom call centre (number10210) You are a star, you made this whole ordeal bearable, if anyone wants to cancel a Mobile or LTE line, she is the lady to speak to if you can request an agent, she deserves a raise....
