Welcome at Hellkom

<p>Hi Launa, any feedback on this yet, it is past 12:00 the next day and I still didn't get any technician at my house. I do hope I am not going to have to pay for this few days seeing it is not fair paying for something I haven't received yet. I am very dissapointed with the service I am receiving from Telkom. Clearly you guys are in desperate need of proper technicians that actually do their job. I didn't have any issues with the KeyWest Telkom shop the lady that assisted me was lovely and very helpful. Now I have to sit and wait for technicians that don't pitch and not even a single message from them keeping me in the loop as to whether someone is still on their way. There was simply zero ***** given for client service by the technician Thursday and Friday last week. It's monday again and still nothing...</p>
