Weekends no internet

I would want Telkom to explain to me why is that my internet connection drops to over 9000 ping and land line goes off only on Weekends/long weekends...and please don't inform me it is from the high usage on those times...the thing that concerns me is the scratching noises on my phone line ..like you take a battery to a speaker noises, So someone is working on that line !

So explain that to me ?

I reported this to telkom on the 25 of April ref number 7oazk250418. I drove to the service building to find the technician sitting in his open serve vehicle on the 29 of april aprox 10:00. I then asked him about my problem and was told it does not show on his system..He then reported it himself with another ref number ********** 8. So he told my he "MAYBE" help me today on 29 of April.
