The service I received today from Telkom was that of premium quality, Zama Bhengu from post paid, was not only patient with me, she also went over and above her job description.

She is not a sales specialist, though she was able to provide me feedback on my current package and what package I should take for my mother who suddenly started her streaming journey.

It was lovely speaking to her and wouldnt mind receiving such service again.
