Week and a half wait for repairs and still nothing!!

I logged a complaint with telkom regarding a noisy phone line and dropping adsl, giving all my contact details to let me know when they will be coming to me which was on the 8th of September, only on Monday 18th by luck that my wife was home a technician rocked up with out contact that he will be coming . He worked on the line and up to the exchange with no success. He said he had other jobs to finish off so he will come back to me in an hour or two. Today is Tuesday and still no technician on site, and my phone line is still out of order. What to do now other than complaining to the operator who will just tell me that they will mark my complaint as urgent. Sigh....
