Week 2 - no sign of Telkom in Ottery

<p>Week 2 still no Telkom lines. No feedback. No communication. This is absolutely frustrating. No business can be conducted. No communication with the rest of the world. All I have is a reference number from a Telkom employee. How many more weeks will it take the technicians to find out the problem and try to fix it. We pay for service but all we have is a dead line.
