Websites easy BUT

HI<br> <br> I can not log a land line fault because the website wants to check a area fault or let me fix it???? dam if i knew why my lines dead id fix it myself and not go on websites ? logic .....???<br> Ive checked all my connections and used different devices ,my lines dead.....but my Internets working ?????<br> <br> Happy Xmas to all.
