Website disappointing

I've been experiencing problems with telkom website assistance.they offer services to order now and call me back options,but whenever you complete the form provided on the website they never call you back nor action your request of ordering a package on they Internet page,why do you offer a service you cant fulfill to your customers.and they never provide feedback to they customers.<br> Improve your *********** services its disappointing.
