Web 2050 Info3 IYP monthly charge

We continue to be charged R457 per month for something called 'Web 2050 Info3 IYP'. We still have no idea what it is for, and no-one from Telkom is able to assist with it, reverse it, or explain what it is. They are not contactable. I have reported it before on Hello Peter, and Telkom said they would resolve it. Absolutely nothing further has occurred, no-one has contacted us, and we have attempted multiple times to re-report it.
