We would like our Power Bank please

<p>2 months ago, My wife chose to upgrade her contract with a J5 Prime that was supposed to include a power bank. This was done through Telkom at the Glen and they didnt have a power bank in stock. We were told that they will contact us when the power bank arrives. It clearly didnt arrive. We have been to the branch several times and its a waste of our time and money. Im not sure how people there manage to keep their jobs since they so useless. Can we get our power bank please</p>
