You know I am totally fed up with Telkom I cannot dispute this query for more than two years and they don't get any service whatsoever.Telkom is not the provider that you can refer to your family and friends. Service is poor all they care about is manipulating people to take their products but when it comes to services they are worst.I think it's about time I involve my lawyer and NCC on this matter.Telkom affects my credit score in a terrible way. And they have to pay for this. Even their seniors failed to help me. You are my new year resolution you cant get away with this.
