We used Telkom for 2 Wifi's they commit ***** ,more than 1 occasion the amounts were incorrect on statements according to the aggreements ,there were 3 to 4 months that we did not have a service rendered,reason non payment, incorrect information, many attempts were made but mistakes , problems,error of service not provided,calls were made for months ,e-mails were addressed to Telkom and physical visits were made to 2 different branches but during visits the staff helping started playing victim,they failed to listen to us,neither correct and supply the services aggreed.Statements and proof of payments were presented at their offices but it continued for more than 3 following months and more.
