We thought the post office was bad...

If I could give negative stars I would. I placed a phone order a month ago with telkom after seeing their ads for weeks before choosing to buy a new phone. Once getting approved for the new phone, I was told to wait between 1-2 weeks as they’re getting stock. Shocker: I received nothing after three weeks. I went into the clearwater telkom branch to ask for an update, again only to be told there’s no stock. Ok telkom, why are you advertising if you have no stock? The branch manager told me they will be sourcing the phone from another branch, which should come within 3-4 business days. Sure. I’m still waiting after 4 weeks. A bunch of empty promises and for what?
