We stoped our account

We stopped our account with them last year.. We went to there shop stopd our account everything was setteld according to us.. Then I kept on reciving bulls.. So I paid for the next 2 months thinking this is the last paiment.. The payment was a amount of 1250 more ore less.. We keep on residing bulls they said we were behind.. Still owing them R1578.. I revues to pay because we stopd our account.. They just give us over to there legal department and we were forced to pay that money.. There service is so poor when I talk to them on the phone said I did stop it at telkom in key west she just replayed go to the shop and stop it again.. This is how there customer service respond.. We unfortunately did not have prove because they stoped it on the computer and did not previde proof to us.. So we had to pay that money.. We also know people withe the same bad experience as us.. We where with telkom for so menay years and this was they way in witch tey treat us their loyal clients.. Disappointed is an understatement..
