<p>When I contacted enquiries via email they responded and said my case is being attended to 7 to 14 working days, yet today which is not even the agreed upon debit order date a debit order went off again, when there's no money in my account continuously causing me to pay bank fees this is now bull%**, I'm so annoyed while you sorting out this case which is clearly not being attended to obviously not. Stop debiting my account as I said until this is sorted I wil not pay this amount. Again go back to that recording of the first day this product was sold to me.</p> <p>Annoyed customer <br />Craig</p>
