we need our line & wifi moved moved and having trouble getting answers as to when it will be done order number ***

<p>we have been phoning for the last 3 weeks getting a differant order number everytime with no answers we need our line moved by no later then 27/01/2017 that is why we phoned 3 weeks ago already .</p> <p>and every time we phone to confirm that it will be done we get transferred from pillar to post and spend hours on the phone with no answers or clarity </p> <p>this is bad service and not acceptable .</p> <p>our telkom account number is ********** 36579 and it needs to be moved from our old house to our new house asap </p> <p> </p> <p>please get </p>
