We need our internet and phone lines

I am a director at an NPO called Beth Uriel Boys Home in Salt River and due to cable theft we have been without phone and internet for over three months and Telkom refuse to fix the problem or come with a solution, we cannot be without both lines, because the boys need Internet to complete their school assignments etc.
