"We may amend contract without Notice or Notification" - Telkom

<p>To cut a long story short... Today my debit order for my Contract was deducted - but costing 3x more than usual. When I called to Query, I was told there's a new 2 month old Term & Condition that's being enforced that caused the increase. When I asked why/who/where/when/what or how and stated that I was not notified of this and that I have had this contract for 18months now, surely this new rule cannot apply to me cause I didn't sign for it - The call centre agent asked me to wait on the line whilst he finds the page in the standard contract that states "We may amend contract without Notice or Notification" - When I asked him to send me a copy of my contract, he said he can't !! TF ?? Guys ? Is this even Legal ?? Network companies should not be allowed to do this. Hell NO</p>
