We have not had internet for 2 weeks

Our internet went off 2 weeks ago and no one has been to fix the problem.<br> They even called us yesterday to find out if we are happy with the repair they had done and that all is up and running again, yet no one had actually been here to fix it. We had no internet in a medical practice over month end which just makes life absolutely impossible!!! the ref no we were given is 78CRK231015.
