We get 1/10th of what we pay for!

We were with Telkom for 2 years and everything was fine we then decided that we were going to upgrade our contract to an uncapped one, it took them less than 2 months to stop giving us what we pay for. We should be getting 10 MBPS for 150GB then down to 4MBPS for 50GB then down to 2MBPS for the rest of the month, all we get is 1/10th of what we pay for; so we get 1MBPS for 150GB then down to 400KBPS then down to 200KBPS. We have had to deal with our internet like this for almost 2 years now as we can not afford to pay them to release us from the contract. Never take a contract with them.
