we cant repair but pay us anyway
<p>running a business is not easy bur when you got telkom around it just get worse..........no landlines for a month which they cant fix but they still want you to pay your bill</p> <p>#telkommust fall</p>
apologies all well and good but not having a line for over a month is just not acceptable and when the technicians do come out the reply is we cannot do anything.........my question to you is that if the line cannot be repaired then why should i pay for it in the first place..............

we have been told on numerous occasions there is a problem but no one has been able to resolve the issue yet i am liable for an account even though the lines have been down
2 months down and still no resolution but payment still due
telkom have no ethics and definitely have no clue as to what is going on
they are definitely afraid of competition because someone who knows whats going on might close them down
