We can't complain about the service because IS NO SERVICE!!

The service at Telkom Diamond Pavilion Kimberley branch is non existent!! My parents are pensioners and somehow, Telkom blocked their landline unintentionally. My dad has been frequenting this branch for assistance for the past month!!! Every time the same response. "We are working on the problem" But no response. My parents are sickly people. How are they supposed to phone out if something happens at home?

There is just no urgency in their service centres.

Telkom, you SUC****!
