We are waiting for 6 weeks now for service.

Our telkom home mobile phone doesn’t want to work and we’ve informed Telkom about 6 weeks ago and they’ve never responded and our phone is still out of service. We live in Pretoria so don’t tell me here isn’t anyone that can’t help us. We’ve reported this every week now and still our phone isn’t working. I’m not satisfied with this service at all and is very unhappy!! This is BAD BAD BAD service!
