We are not safe with telkom!

I just cancelled my contract with them and moved to vodacom for home network due to poor network service and bad service in general from their staff, after Im done with their cellphone contract they will never here from me again Last week I tried to do a sim swap, I gave them the number and my ID, but they still went on to do sim swap to a wrong number, no one picked that up even though that contract sim card is not mine, I discovered that lator when I was checking my balance, I noted that the plans in that sim card are not mine and that person will endup with a huge bill because of their ignorance and Im sure that client cant access the services on his/her side as s/he is holding onto a deactivated sim card while Im using his/her sim card I mean how can you not see that the sim and the ID are are from different clients Level of ignorance and bad attitute is at another level at telkom
