Can we have stable and fast ADSL line and telephone line as per legal agreement. I am sick and tired for my business to be down once again, I need your urgent assistance as my office line and adsl is down. Please assist urgently as I am losing business. The fault has now been assigned to a technician, but he still has to accept and attend to the fault.
No ETR is available as yet.
