Waya Waya switch over. Cannot receive calls

I switched from a prepaid land line to Waya Waya on Telkom's request. The phone is not working as I cannot receive calls - never could since receiving it. After three weeks I 'm still waiting for the full service. I reported the problem by calling Telkom on 10210. Fault number 278CTZ080216. <br> <br> Still no progress. I cannot receive calls Telkom ! ! ! Sick and tired of your poor service ! ! !
