Waya Waya phone not working after 7 months. Yes Seven!. Any wonder, Telkom is going down the tubes.

This is the 2nd time I am logging this issue.

Telkom installed our WayaWaya phone 7 (SEVEN) months ago. It's still not working! No one can phone in. We recharged R250 several months ago which has never credited the airtime.

If this is not fixed very quickly you can come and fetch this *******.
