WATCH OUT TELKOM MIGHT ***** YOU WITH THEIR FIBRE INSTALLATIONS.

I have an ongoing contract with Telkom and suddenly I see on the April 2022 invoice they have added a "Claw back fee for router & installation. I NEVER EVER SIGNED A NEW CONTRACT WITH TELKOM WHEN THEY INSTALLED FIBRE AND THIS CLAUSE WAS NEVER EVER STATED. This company which I shamefully worked for 39 years has the cheek to add this fee when the contract is ongoing.

I have spoken to many ISPs and they only apply this clause if you cancel within 12 MONTHS after the free installation. I HAVE NOT CANCELLED SO WHY ARE THEY CHARGING ME THIS FEE.

TELKOM IS A BUNCH OF ******** AND ******. THEY ***** YOUR MONEY IF YOU NOT LOOKING. I EXPECT AN IMMEDIATE ANSWER FROM THIS ROGUE COMPANY
