Watch out for Telkom Mobile- ***** your money & dont deliver the goods.

I app**** for an additional telkom mobile line & handset in Early March 2018 for my sons birthday on 14/03. The app was approved & they did a test debit on 8/03/18 to my cheq acc for R179.00 with ref. ZKW ********** 5001. To date there has been no handset delivered & Im most disappointed as its nearly a month since the app was done & I have been terribly let down. I called & checked on 23/03 & after waiting 9 min on call was told that the handset was ready for dispatch. A whole week later no communication or handset. Don’t let them catch you with their fantastic deals on which they cant deliver.
