Wasting my time and won’t give my device back.

I paid insurance on my phone for 2 years, sent it in for a claim and heard nothing back about my phone for 3 months, the staff are not helpful and sent us away saying there is nothing they can do, and just to cancel insurance I have been stuck on the phone for 30 minutes in store because there is no one to answer. They have wasted my time and I have yet to receive my device back after 3 months. It’s unacceptable.
