Wasteful horrible Telkom service and coverage

For 4 days now I have purchased more than 2 gig of data and I have not had any network coverage, I keep calling the call Centre with no help, one consultant dropped the phone in my ear when I asked to be reimbursed for the data I did not use. I regret switching to telkom and I will go around letting everyone know of telkom horrible service and coverage. What a waste of my funds due to telkom.
