Wasted an entire day & they don't pitch
Telkom sent communication that they would come and install my adsl line today, 25/8. I took the day off work and waited the entire day for them. They did not come. When I called Telkom they reassured me they were coming today but I am still waiting. Its passed 4pm & no such luck. What a waste Telkom honestly.

27 Aug 2017, 20:14Telkom called me the next day and asks me to pick up my router from a Telkom store at no charge. I go to a Telkom store today only to be told that I need to pay R1000 before they can give it to me as I didnt upgrade in store. What a waste of time. Dealt with a very unpleasant lady by the name of Bridget Mahlangu at the Mall@Reds branch. Really considering cancelling this contract altogether if I dont get my wifi tomorrow.

Telkom called me the next day and asks me to pick up my router from a Telkom store at no charge. I go to a Telkom store today only to be told that I need to pay R1000 before they can give it to me as I didnt upgrade in store. What a waste of time. Dealt with a very unpleasant lady by the name of Bridget Mahlangu at the Mall@Reds branch. Really considering cancelling this contract altogether if I dont get my wifi tomorrow.
