Waste of time trying to apply for a line from telkom thanks Jacob Tsotetsi from telkom
<p>App**** for a line with Telkom spoke to a guy by the name of Jacob Tsotetsi he asked us to send him some documents which we did a few days later.</p> <p>We emailed him the documents on the 2 June and thereafter sent him 2 mails to follow up but he doesn’t ever respond tried calling him and he doesn’t answer his phone.</p> <p>What a waste of effect to get the documents only to run around trying to get an answer if our application has been approved . Looks like Telkom doesn’t need any new business seeing as they don’t care.</p>

Thanks for not getting back to me your service is ******* and you are a useless at your job over a month as gone and no feedback from you ,jacob or telkom the directors are also useless just like you .
they dont care about there customers .
