Waste of time Telkom

I paid my account more then what was agreed upon over the phone took my bank details told them they can do a monthly debit order but no I must manually check my account and pay it via EFT when I'm done 2 months later tell me I paid but I bounce the money back and it's not showing on there system and currently not on mine also Spoke to operator yesterday ask Sales department must call me so that we can disolve this issue 24 hours past already no call and they just cutted my line ADSL I was supposed to pay R499 for 3 months and then R699 but no I must pay for the line,the data I'm using plus the router R999 each month for 24 months Worst network provider's there is
