Waste of time contracts

A month ago i took out an unlimited contract with telkom mobile @R1599 per month The lady at the desk said that this contract is unlimited calls to landlines and cellphone numbers of all networks and has unlimited data Recently i have been having issues making calls to landlines ... say insufficient funds ! This contract was taken out purely because of the fact that it was unlimited

This morning i gave telkom a call to find out what the issue was Well apparently i have to load airtime on a CONTRACT NUMBER to make calls to certian landlines because those numbers are held by a different carrier ...

But this is not what i was told at the time when taking out this contract ... None of this was written or stipulated or mentioned to me at the time

Beware these people are ****** and will do anything to make money even if it means being disloyal in the products they sell

I recieved a ewallet yesterday ... this i tried to retrieve that funds And i get a message saying insufficient funds I mean who pays 1600 a month for an unlimited contract and still have to load airtime to make calls .. how much ****en sense does that make
