Waste of time

<p>So today I had to spend 30 min trying to get through to agents that will give me feedback regarding my credit check. Your consultant told me that it shows that I never app**** but yet I app**** yesterday and 2 text sms's from you guys. It was an utter waste of my time, energy. All our calls are recorded as well and to be honest when a consultant tells you "I don't know" when you ask her questions I tend to feel that one should leak these calls so that the WORD can hear how pathetic you are. If my application is not on record and no notes on your system tghat means one thing you guys get away with ***** and by the sound of it looks like your sales team walks away with commision and our personal banking details. So much for the POPI act.. </p>
