Waste of my time with Telkom customer service

<p>I app**** online for adsl uncapped internet. Someone called me from telkom to help me. I app**** for the data only the lady told me. I did the application again on the phone with the person because i wanted the adsl line plus the data and line rental. I then contacted telkom via chat. they told me there was no record of my application and i need to apply again. this is not acceptable. You customer service agents should do the job they get paid to do. </p>
