WASP service added and stole my airtime. Telkom not interested in fixing it

I got a notification that my account is low on airtime, I only use the number for a backup in emergencies. I discovered a WASP draining my account. Telkom simply says I signed up for the service by browsing the internet, I only use the number for calls. Their system allows *****ulent services to drain your airtime. They simply claim that they cannot refund the money as it is a third party. Do not sign up with telkom, their system has security holes and they do not take responsibility. I will never do business with them ever again. I hope they close down soon
