Waseemah Hendricks was good at her job

We dealt with Waseemah Hendricks today and she was incredibly helpful even gave us her email address, even tho our problem has not been sorted. We had our line ****** in December by a Telkom technician, given to someone in our road on a prepaid basis. Reported everything and received calls saying its been investigated, well today the 24th of January we are still waiting for a credit and feedback and what makes everything worse, Waseemah cant find anything related to this investigation on the Telkom billing system, what the hell can we do
